Bodio Center

Bodio Center was acquired by Fund I in December 2000 and sold in September 2003.

Located in a key Milan sub-market, Bodio Center was one of the most significant office developments ever completed in the supply-constrained Milan office market, and was the first city centre office park.

During our ownership, Doughty Hanson re-developed the former office and production facility of Alcatel, transforming the derelict site into a leading business centre in Milan, comprising 65,000 sqm of high quality office space with underground parking for 700 cars. With its outstanding location and state-of-the-art specifications, Bodio Center catered primarily to large Italian and international corporations. Principal tenants included Unicredito, Marsh and Sanofi Aventis.
