IZD Tower

The IZD Tower was acquired by Fund I in December 2000 and sold in October 2006.

The 38-storey landmark office building was situated adjacent to the United Nations complex in Vienna’s growing commercial district of Donau City.

During our ownership, Doughty Hanson implemented a comprehensive asset management programme that included property re-positioning, leasing, operating expense optimisation and creative marketing. The property was leased to a wide range of quality tenants including the US Mission to the United Nations, Ernst & Young and Oracle.
