Jakobsberg Centrum

Jakobsberg Centrum was acquired by Fund I in March 2000 and sold in December 2004.

Jakobsberg Centrum shopping centre was the central element of a 67,000 sqm, nine-property portfolio acquired from four separate vendors. The property benefitted from approximately 120 retail tenants, as well as office space occupied by the local municipal government.

During our ownership, Doughty Hanson consolidated the fragmented ownership, expanded the popular retail component, improved the overall property management and initiated a master plan for a major extension of the shopping centre.
