Kista Office Portfolio

The Kista Office Portfolio was acquired by Fund II in June 2006 and sold in December 2007.

The investment was a high quality multi-tenanted office portfolio of 118,000 sqm spanning six buildings within the Kista district of Stockholm.

During our ownership, Doughty Hanson implemented a refurbishment programme and renegotiated 38,000 sqm of leases, extending the average unexpired lease term to 5 years and increasing net operating income by 6%.
