L'Oreal Italia Headquarters

L’Oreal Italia Headquarters was acquired by Fund I in February 2001 and sold in December 2003.

The development transformed a derelict site into a 20,000 sqm high quality office headquarters complex on Via Primaticcio in Milan. The site was originally acquired by Doughty Hanson at a court-administered liquidation auction.

During our ownership, Doughty Hanson created an architectural award-winning property in 30 months that was 100% pre-let to L’Oréal, one of the world’s premier brands.
