Väsby Centrum

Väsby Centrum was acquired by Fund I in April 2001 and sold in December 2004.

The Väsby Centrum shopping centre was located in Upplands Väsby, a suburb situated between Stockholm city centre and the airport, and formed part of a fully-let four-property portfolio, comprising more than 35,000 sqm of retail, office and residential space.

During our ownership, Doughty Hanson expanded and refurbished the shopping centre, improved the retail tenant mix, reduced operating costs and secured planning permission for an additional 10,000 sqm of space.
