Doughty Hanson Real Estate delivers superior risk-adjusted returns through market cycles by intensively managing real estate assets.

We are hands-on professionals focused on property fundamentals. We seek to improve net operating income and asset value by actively managing development, refurbishment, leasing, marketing and cost efficiency throughout the life of an investment.

We focus on two sectors - offices and retail - in core European markets where we have a local presence and an established network of relationships.

We are disciplined as well as flexible. Our opportunistic investments are a mix of risk profiles, from income producing assets and portfolios through to speculative development. We acquire assets as well as real estate companies. We have the financial strength to invest alone, but we also create joint ventures with vendors, local operating partners and other institutional investors.
