Golf Park
Golf Park was acquired by Fund II in May 2008.
Golf Park comprises an 18,700 sqm office and light industrial building together with an adjoining office park development site.
The new development will comprise 25,000 sqm of offices in four buildings, which will have “green label” environmental certification and will be built out in phases.
The property is strategically located adjacent to the ring road in the Basso Cambo area of Toulouse and only 10 minutes from the airport.
