Mac567

Mac567 was acquired by Fund II in December 2007.

Mac567 is a complex of three office properties in Milan offering 32,000 sqm of prime space designed to meet the highest international standards. Tenants include leading international companies such as Hearst Magazines, Aegis Media, Mattel, Atradius and AXA.

The buildings are the final components of a large business park of 96,000 sqm situated in a strategic position close to the Maciachini metro station, numerous tram and bus lines, and highway access.

Mac567 was the first project in Italy to be designed by the prestigious German architectural team Sauerbruch Hutton and was the first in the country to achieve a BREEAM environmental certification.
