One Howick Place
One Howick Place was acquired by Fund II in December 2006.
One Howick Place is a mixed-use urban regeneration project located in Victoria, London SW1. The property was originally owned and occupied by House of Fraser as its office headquarters. Planning permission was obtained in January 2009 for a 21,000 sqm office/residential development. The new development will target a high environmental sustainability rating.
The demolition phase has been completed and construction works commenced in February 2011. The building is scheduled to be completed in the last quarter of 2012.
