It has invested a total of £9 million over the various stages of the company’s growth and played a pivotal role in the development of the business over the life of the investment.
In November 2009, Nasdaq listed Compuware (CPWR) completed the acquisition of Gomez for $295 million in cash. This represented a 5.1x return on investment.
